Sheraton Phoenix Downtown Hotel, Phoenix

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the convention center, and the food was delicious, especially the dessert options. However, the service left much to be desired due to communication issues regarding overcharges, and the renovations made the overall experience disjointed. I’m hopeful that the final product will be great once everything is completed.

Although I was thrilled with the newly renovated space, the bedding and some other amenities fell short of my expectations. The dining was decent, but there were some quirks that were frustrating. Overall, it was a convenient stay but not without its issues.
